Refunds & Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You lose the right of withdrawal in respect of a digital service that has been fully performed where performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You are asked to give both at checkout. If you did not give them, the full 14-day period applies.

Where performance began at your request but the service is not yet fully performed, and you then withdraw, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been supplied up to the point of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us by an unequivocal statement - an email to [email protected] is sufficient. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you may cancel a monthly plan at any time in billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for.
